Delivery, Shipping & Returns


Once an order has been placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of payment, delayed payment may impact expected delivery dates. We reserve the right to refuse any orders placed


Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days, with the exception of custom made gifts (see Handmade Gifts below). We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, but please note that during busier times it is possible a delay may occur in the dispatch of your order. We use UK Royal Mail for standard mail and UK courier services for larger parcels and/or where specifically indicated on an item

Handmade Gifts

Our handmade gifts range are custom made to order, therefore orders are generally dispatched within 5-6 weeks and sent via courier and will require a signature upon delivery. After we dispatch your order, the courier will contact you by e-mail to confirm a delivery date and time. If you change the date and time to one that is more suitable for you, please note that the arrangement is between you and the courier and therefore is outside of our responsibility

Craft Supplies

Delivery within the UK mainland is capped at just £2.99 for each order, regardless of how many products you purchase or the weight of the parcel. Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days and sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post or by courier, dependent upon weight and order value. Deliveries made by Royal Mail 2nd Class post can take 2-5 working days.

General Shipping Information

Please note that once possession of your order has been passed to either Royal Mail or the delivering courier, that we are no longer responsible or liable for loss of or damage to or misdelivery or delayed delivery of the order

If you request your parcel to be left in an unsecured location or with a neighbour, we are not liable for any subsequent loss. However, a signature may be required for larger parcels and is always required for courier deliveries upon receipt

Lost/Damaged Goods & Returns

Lost or Damaged Goods

For orders delivered by courier service, if goods are lost or damaged in transit, you must inform us within 5 working days. We can then instigate an investigation with Royal Mail or the delivery courier company with a view to resolve the issue satisfactorily for you. Please ensure you include your order number in all correspondence with us in respect of lost or damaged goods

For orders delivered by Royal Mail, please allow 10 working days from the date of dispatch before contacting us, please also contact your local sorting office as they may have the parcel as a calling card is not always left

By placing an order with us, you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received


If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, then we would be happy for you to return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date. The reason for the return must be included in writing. A returned item(s) must reach us in unopened, 'new' condition with all original packaging present. Upon receipt, we will be happy to exchange it for an alternative item(s) or can issue you a full refund within 5 working business days of receipt of the returned item

We reserve the right to levy a shipping charge for all delivery services, other than UK Mainland - Standard Delivery at checkout. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us if you have any queries about returning an item
